I hope the hiring department trolls these forms because if this person really has an interview and doesn't even know the basic information about SWA, items which literally take 2 seconds to find out, or maybe this is where the industry is, anyone with a pulse we don't care you know nothing about our airline.

and considering Delta and American pages actually list 16% direct contribution to 401k, whereas the SWA page says 401k - no, I can see where I should have been able to easily ascertain the info…. 🙄

just trying to help you out. The 3 part interview will have one section where the interviewer will slightly press you to see your conflict resolution skills & capabilities

Why help? I'm upgrading soonish and have many years left...let these guys blow up in the interview rather than daily for my last 20+ years here.
