Default Looking for info

Can someone post the highlights of the contract?

I have an interview coming up, and looking for info. I’m not really knowledgeable about SWA in anyway. I’ve jumpseated once, but that’s my only experience with the airline.

min days off
training pay
training hotel
commuter clause/rules
reserve rules

any other important items I should know.

thanks!

Probably alot more stuff you should research about ol S.W.A if you plan on interviewing here other than that...

Usually lines are built to 12-13 days, RSV 15-16 days depending on the month,.

Min Guarantee at 88/89 TFP from day one. No per diem.

Yup.

Standard - 2 flights before checkin, only 1 required if its on SWA and it gets in 1 hour before report.

Its been answered here. Better than some worse than others. Do a look around.

Do y’all get paid twice a month or bi-weekly? 24 paychecks or 26 in a year?

Don’t judge me. Would take a whole hot minute to look this answer up. Only takes you 15 seconds to answer. Long hair, don’t care.

PropWash out.

We get paid on the 5th & 20th of the month with the 5th paycheck paying you half of guarantee (so it’s always the same amount) and the 20th paying you the other half plus anything over guarantee from the month before plus any per diem. So the 20th is the big check.

520, yo. Nothing else matters. Except the virus you’ll get from a 1600 clubber with “just allergies”.

I'm proud to say sometimes the 20th is my small check. When you wonder how SWAPA says the average is 108...well someone needs to drag it down.

you’re saying 12-13 days of work, or 12-13 days off?

The former. A lot of lines are built with 4 3-day trips.
