The inference is that those types will vote YES! for (a lot) less now, rather than hold out for an industry average contract. And he's not wrong.

We've been doing exactly that for decades.

This person speaks the truth. We have to do this. I am so ticked off. BJ's Blueprint for Success had point 5 of "Be a Good Citizen" WHAT PATRONIZING RUBBISH. The other 4 points for Blueprint for Success were just as meaningless and pointless; mushy, repetitive promises we have heard before. We have to go "Medieval" or we are NEVER GOING TO BE HEARD.
