Default Logten Users?

Anyone using the desktop version of logten? How do you export from CWA or SWAPA logbook to logten?

Open the CWA trip up in your browser. I track all of my times in Local, so I select that on the CWA page I'm importing. "Select All" (command A on a Mac) then copy. In LogTen's File menu select Import Schedule and paste everything there and import. I then go through each leg and input the fields I track (Night, IMC, PIC/SIC, instrument approaches, landings, etc...)

Sometimes it loads DH's other times it doesn't. I always delete those legs. Also, I've found it gets buggy with the dates when you overlap months and it will round down to the previous year. I e-mailed tech support and they just replied with a non-answer.

The swapa site puts the times in the format of say 3:32 as 332 in the CSV file. So you have to go back and add the decimal. I’m getting so sick of having to keep a logbook to update apps.

SWAPA logbook on the website also allows pdf and excel downloads. Where are you applying?

Coradine won’t take the pdf, and the excel format is CSV if I’m not mistaken. DAL

Hahaha, 7 companies in 22 years, quickly approaching 13k hours and I still keep my logs up to date. I literally fill out log ten on my phone each leg and about once a month put it in a paper log. Never say never.

So I do the copy paste, it takes the data, but leaves aircraft type, flight times, and captain name blank. Can't seem to figure it out and I feel like an idiot.

I fiddled with it for hours, literally HOURS and gave up. I download the swapa logbook and built an excel spreadsheet I copy and paste with to get most of what I want, then import that. I’m thinking of getting a different logbook after my interviews with other carriers. Good luck…
