Hello, my name is Halon 1211 and my pronouns are He/Him/Hers.
I am happy to hear what Southwest airlines is doing.
I would also like a few other policies made at Southwest.
it be mandatory during your “welcome aboard” message that the captain says his preferred pronouns.
every White employees write apology letters for simply being white.
reparations to all black employees taken from all non-black employees paychecks.

If you have ever wondered what it is like flying with our "special" captains, head on over to that website and read it for 3 days.
I am guessing that once the onion gets peeled back on this one, someone is going to have some explaining to do. It reeks of something that someone with a childish obsession with a certain news channel came up with over a few drinks and decided to spend a few boat payments on. The same guy probably got hired here because his dad was a captain but is screaming to anyone who will listen that we should be hiring on ability.
