The longer they drag their feet, the deeper we get into the cycle. I expect they'll continue to drag their feet hoping the market turns in their favor.

What gets "vetoed"? There is no veto in the RLA.

It's coming. Definitely prior to EOY. We have just made too much progress recently and I think the company wants to wrap things up so they can get this off the books.
I think we have some very interesting times ahead of us. From the sound of things, I think we are headed towards TA2. There are a lot of divisive clouds hanging over language that has already been TA'd.

I am thinking the November 30th meeting, or that week sometime. I also agree we are not getting released this year, not saying we wont ever but the timing just doesnt work out with the holidays. In addition, there isnt enough time for a TA, a member vote and back to the table to come to an impasse this year.

Are we talking an actual TA or an AIP?
I think we'll get an AIP this yr but it will get turned down by the BOD.
The company will then go into full PR mode saying how they wanted to make us the highest paid 737 pilots, delta +1 via new fangled math, in the US and blame us for their stock dumping.
then next spring we'll get an AIP that the BOD makes a TA because we will be going into summer with moral and operations way worse than now. Also throw in another 3 mini meltdowns also blamed on pilots not accepting a deal.
New contract June 1

If the NC and BOD are in alignment, and I believe they are, then the NC won’t AIP anything that wouldn’t make it past the BOD. I think we will know by the first week in December if the company wants a strike or a contract.
