It'll be slightly above that. SWA has never has a problem paying us more than "737 pilots". They did so for over a decade until the rest of the legacies caught up to us in 2015. There's only a 3 or 4% difference between "top 737" and "bottom 757/321NEOXLR..." So somewhere in the middle? My tea leaves say a slightly higher NEC/MBCBP number as well, but I guess we'll see in a few weeks.

There are a lot of people on here convinced we're not getting 757 rates. Have you seen something that I haven't? $325 tfp (Delta 757 rate) in my personal minimum. That's about a 32% raise from $245.64 tfp. I didn't vote to Strike for less than that. That's assuming massive gains in all other areas. An industry leading 737 rate plus 1% is still not competitve in career earnings among our peers. FUPM!

The 757 is going to pay about $373 per hour at the legacies in 2024 for 12 year captain. 737 around $360 in 2024 for 12 year captain. We’ll see. I’ll be shocked if you raise the bar on payrates. I’m hoping you do, but DALPA had so little faith in you that they didn’t even include you in the snap-up. Hopefully you stick it to everyone.
