It would not suprise me if SWAPA does exactly opposite of what they poll? After all, the executives at Empire Central do not want to delay their new mangament positions at HQ.

If you are an FO at SWA there is no reason why you wouldn't want to see VSP offered.

I put it in my comments too, but I don't think we will see it. I was wrong about the ETO too, though, so who knows.
Even if they only offered it for a couple of years instead of 5 years, they would get enough bodies and everybody would move up a notch or two in the interim. It was definitely a nice boost coming out of Covid with those guys gone. |

Most that took the last VSP had 1200-1600 sick trips. I am not sure what the real cost was to company. Most of VSP was funded by sick time . |
