My apologies. I think I may be scarred by 10 years of Houston flying. I had a captain there tell me my daughter was going to be sterile and I was going to be dead because I took the clot shot. Just one example of years of flying with morons. Plenty of great guys there too, but the 5 percent in HOU and DAL really make a name for themselves.

Yeah man, you ever sat in the right seat of a Texas base for any extended period of time? When you fly weekends and get the 4 day bunch, you get some real winners. If you don't see a problem with a guy asking me repeatedly about my vaccine status until I finally told him and then telling me I will be dead within a year and my daughter won't have any children, then I don't know what to tell you. If you don't see a problem with that, then sorry, but you are the problem. Don't believe my story? I don't care. It happened and I can tell you the person and date if you really want to call him and ask him. Should be able to look it up easily because it was the last time I flew with this person and the last time I ever will, thank god.

I think this is relevant. When BoJo became CEO he made it a point to say these were what SW was going to focus on. We have now seen how focusing on those two things do not help run the operation nor the bottom line.
So I'd would like to hear from the new BOD what their vision is and I too hope those two things are not in it.
We can help diversify the work group without sacrificing other metrics to achieve it. And I support those avenues

 

A freaking men on your last two sentences. These programs are nothing more than corporate buzzword garbage to brag about in the "Southwest One" report along with SAF and other programs that have little to no actual purpose other than to show institutional investors that we have these programs in place.
