I wonder why so long after COVID we see it. I am not pointing to something just curious why. But I have heard that before from health care professionals with theories from the jab, to the isolation, to damage of breathing in your own air to much and to a more move to social media platforms !

Well, I can tell you that they were not lying. Not isolated to females either. I have personal theories as to the cause. But for a real eye opening experience, all one needs to do is pay a visit to pretty much any medical center/hospital emergency room.

Helpful Hints

1. Stay healthy, do things with your family for fun, and when you find yourself or a loved one in need of emergency services, 3 words—Emergency Care Center.

2. If you do have to use a hospital emergency dept, FOR GODS SAKE, DO NOT drink waiting room coffee or out of the water fountains—don’t ask.

Full Stop

I think Covid certainly didn't help, but you guys are wrapping up a lot of correlation into causation. The reason we have so many people in mental health crises walking around in the public right now is because we defunded mental health care in this country decades ago and continue to try and find a solution that doesn't cost money. Government does a lot, and being a safety net for mentally ill people used to be one of the services it provided society. Not any more. Now it's up to the untrained cops, EMS, and people who have to interact with the public to "take care" of the problem and shuffle them from place to place untreated. It's ugly as anyone with family with severe mental health issues knows, and you don't think about it until it is at your doorstep or in your airplane.
Sounds like all you doctors with degrees from podcast U have it all figured out, though.

I agree what you’re saying but what I think I was trying to get at is I know a lot of doctors in my community. They all have said it’s risen more than normal after COVID.
To the point that is absolutely exploded as one of them used that term.

Nobody drives worth a crap anymore post-Covid. It’s Armageddon on the roads, even residential.

Agreed. Within my neighborhood, packed with houses and kids, 50% of the cars flat out run stop signs and many drive 40-50 mph on on residential streets.
