I tried really hard to give CrewHub a chance, but after giving it a few weeks, I can’t stand it. Hard to find the info you really need. And now the straw that broke the camel’s back was receiving 43 notifications on this last 2 day trip while in the airplane. I received 15 notifications on Day 1 and then 28 notifications today. iPhone, iPad, and Watch would not stop buzzing. On the last leg I finally disabled notifications completely.
It’s driving me crazy. Anyone else?

on the Facebook EFB chat they acknowledged it was released prematurely due to a constraint in the FA's CBA. They put out a couple of improvement templates and allowed everyone there to vote on them. They said improvements are coming.

We had rsv proffering punted for 7 mos. I’d rather something be done right and be good then be done half-assed and be worthless.

I don't really see what the big complaining is all about. It works great for me. The UI is kind of annoying, but I'll adjust.
As far as the company goes, they are trying to improve what started out as a useless and clunky piece of garbage. I would say that's an improvement in itself.
I normally don't praise anything IT related from SWA, but at least they have replaced crewzapp and crew buddy with a useful program that essentially accomplishes most of the same things for free. Kind of like parking, I pay a pittance to park in my commuter city, but the fact that I had to pay it was ridiculous.
Now if the company could just get us decent bidding software.
