We got our monthly base update from the OAK CP a few days ago, and he said all is well. Somehow hacking another 12 bodies out of each seat doesn’t sound like “all is well.”

Move it to SMF.

DEN CP was saying that too as the base shrunk 30%. Then I asked what he’s being told about the future and he said they haven’t told them anything. So flights per day staying steady means “all is well”. Displacements month after month = indifference.

If LAX and DEN aren't on the list does that mean 0 vacancies in each seat?

Yeah. The OP just omitted any seats that were 0's on the chart.

0 positive vacancies. Doesn’t mean people can’t get in. DEN CA is showing 2 getting in on latest projection. If 2 leave voluntarily, then 2 get in…just not 2 that were displaced out.

I've actually been thinking I could get back to DEN cpt quicker by changing base and then getting in on secondary. With 0 vacancies projected in DEN for the rest of the year if could get in that way.
Missed it by 1 person a few months ths back on secondary, if I played that game.

you aren’t locked into a DRR. But changing bases could put the DRRs ahead of you once the company puts out a positive vacancy in your preferred domicile.

I guess my point is someone has more of a chance getting in via secondary v DRR is vacancies remain at 0 for the year.
Just look at the 2 cpt who will get in this vacancy who are not displaced.
How many DRR have returned- 0
Several have moved into DEN though

Yall should download the module in SimLearn for myseniority. You can break down forecast retirements by base.

agreed. All changing domicile will do now is put you behind the DRRs.
