[QUOTE=Gearjerk;1092954]Disclaimer: Honest question.
You don't think the "low hanging fruit" that resulted in WN being so successful in the past is coming to an end?
Not neccesarily, there are still some markets left that are underserved especially with industry contraction.
You think that management cares about employees when the CEO/CFO/COO have a Board of Directors and "shareholders" to keep happy?
Absolutely. Maybe not where you work, but most definitely where I work,
You think for a second that WN would've remained profitable for another ten years, (already posted quarterly losses) without the addition of FL's ATL hub and international routes?
Yes, absolutely! We have a viable business model for purely domestic transportation. We do not lose money on domestic travel only to feed a more profitable international presence. International destinations could have easily grown organically. There is no magic formula that you have to purchase to become a member of the club. I regularly flew to international destinations at a regional that was completely clueless, yet they still figured out the magic of international travel.
COME ON?
Keep up the rhetoric while you sit back and watch it all play out, I'm sure the results will astound you.

Everyone sure is a little touchy over there after getting a "seniority bump" on the backs of Air Tran pilots, huh?
