The question I was trying to ask was: are the majority of those without the type civ, mil, or combination.

Was trying to see if, for a civ applicant, getting the type is worth being more competitive to score an interview. Or if the civ applicant would have an equal chance competing for an interview slot without the type. Required mins vs competitive mins

Can anyone confirm or deny a rumor that SWA is planning on slowing/freezing new hire class training this summer?

I'm a civ applicant also with the type and 2000 hrs on the plane, haven't heard a thing!!!

I keep hearing the rumor that the hiring is being increased from 615 to 800.
