For reference, at the 2015 WAI Conference, Bill Kennedy said of United, the average flight time they hire is "~10,000" total time." He made it clear that it was an average.. "we hire folks with a lot more, and a lot less than 10,000."
That same conference, SWA said they consider 737 type as "equivalent of a master's degree."
Both statements are well over a year old, and obviously everything changes, so take what I say with a grain of salt.
Well, got the type at HPA October 2014, so no worries, I've "de-learned" everything.

That is what we were told. And that's only if they didn't have enough to fill the last two classes for this year. Otherwise it will be after the first of the year as there will be no classes in December

I got an invite today at 10:30 am CST.
I did NOT attend the recruiting event. I did NOT attend OBAP. Last attended 2016 WAI.
I have had my apps online for last 2 years, hitting most of the SWA airline "windows" over the last year and a half, including the one open since March, and the one open the weekend of the recruiting event.
Only within the last week was I able to check "bachelor's degree."
Coast Guard.. after .3 conversion, 3900+ TT, 1600+ PIC, C-130, C-144, T-6, T34, T44.
Bachelor's (this month - heh), 737 Type from 2014, Safety DH.
Current SWA interview dates showing are OCT 5, OCT 6, OCT 11, and OCT 17-20.
My availability is December 6, 2016.
