Must be crack in the water in ATL. Please quit if you're disgruntled. You got way more than you should have. And learn how to fly by looking out the window.

Just checking on this, for the 1,2,3,4,5 year look backs you guys only put the totals. Not the actual yearly totals. Thanks in advance

Do your loopbacks from the day of the interview. If you interview on, say, November 5th, 2016, then do 1 year, November 6, 2015 to November 5, 2016. Then do one for Nov 6, 2014 to Nov. 5, 2015. Do this for 5 years. The math will be easier that way, I found.

It's 528 pilots next year and most likely more. Also enough of the Airtran bull**** it was a ****hole airline and yes I was an ex Airtran guy. Stop hijacking these threads for people that want to actually work here. If you don't like it then at least shut the f-Ck up because your making the ex trannys look bad. If you having nothing else to gripe about then the past, then you sir, are a total loser.

Is the 1000 121 PIC requirement still in place? If so do you see it going away? I'm chipping away at it. Will the system accept an application without the PIC time met?

Thanks

As far as I know it is still required. You can get your pilot credentials profile built and update it till you get there. I think the swa careers app will kick you tbnt till you meet that requirement. As far as it going away Rocky seemed to be working toward perhaps a 500 pic number, but was having a hard sell with some of the rest of the recruiting team. They acknowledge they are losing candidates to UAL DAL AA and the like because of it so I imagine it is only a matter of time. Good luck with getting to your 1000tpic. I start class on Monday so if I hear any other good rumors I will let you know.

I interviewed at Southwest in 2004 and 2007. It appeared that they would bring in 20 and then hire about 4. Is this still the norm or have times changed?

Thanks for the reply. It shouldn't take to long as the company is working me like a dog. I will start the application process.

No changes since last week when somebody else asked.
