Jumpseat Listing...
#1
I've heard from some agents that you guys are switching reservations systems around May. Any chance us offline guys will be able to list for the jumpseat online in the future? Hold times have been horrible lately, and I feel bad showing up at the date with no listing. The agents have been awesome, though. As always, thanks for the rides.

I second that rumor along with the fact that the 866 number is being officially retired as mentioned in a company communication regarding electronic passes which we are getting in May. All signs point to electronic listing although I am not certain on that. I may email our jumpseat guy and ask.

While listing over the phone a few months ago (as an offline guy), someone working at the call center told me that it will switch to myidtravel online listing (like AA's I presume) sometime around spring/early summer this year

Any idea how to get login #. Just tried to list online and the first time process asks for airline and login #. I put in my airline and employee # but it came back with error saying I had to talk to my airline about getting correct #???? Anyone been successful yet?

It's normally given to you by your jumpseat folks and on some sort of jumpseat list.
Unless you are making it for May 9th or after, don't bother. It won't work prior to that. That is when Altea is rolled out for our domestic ops.
