Yup
36 months-free blazer or reimbursement for leather jacket purchased (up to base price)
Upgrade-free blazer
6 years-Free leather jacket.
Since upgrade is at 3 years about, you could either get 2 blazers at 36 months (one at 3 years and 1 for upgrade) or one blazer for upgrade and reimbursement for your leather. Seems the leather jacket makes more sense, unless you want 2 blazers.

"The Company will provide uniform replacements from the vendor for eight shirts, two pants, and two ties every 18 months due to normal wear and tear. Additionally, the Company will provide one blazer replacement when a pilot upgrades and once every 36 months due to normal wear and tear."
At 36 months, from DOH, I was reimbursed for my leather jacket and at upgrade a month earlier I submitted a uniform "Upgrade package" order on Incentex where I was given a free blazer, bars, and a set of wings for leather jacket and blazer.
Now the 72 months for leather jacket replacement is based on "72 months since the pilot purchased the previous leather jacket." So best way is buy a leather as a new hire, reimbursed at 36 months for it, 3 years later is 72 months since the original jacket purchase, that's a new jacket.
This language is from the contract and info file on the uniform vendor website.

I upgraded at 3 years (2 years 10 months to be exact). I was able to order my CA blazer and receive the 36 month reimbursement for my leather jacket without issue. This was about a year ago.

Well that doesn't work with contract language or my own experience.

I got both too at the 3 year mark (2 year 8 month upgrade). The DTW pilot base coordinators took my form and it was on the next check.
