Haha. Dude, you work for Spirit. You can wear whatever you want basically, at anytime. Some guys wear not jacket at all year round, some wear a blazer year round. Most just bring what's appropriate for the trip.

If the trip is down south, no blazer. If it's in MSP this week, it's the leathers.

And like someone else said, you can spot the ex Eagle guys because they all wear wings on their shirt, which we don't do. But again, this is Spirit...Dockers and NorthFace for all!

Haha trust me I've figured all that out. Coming from 121 non-sked cargo I'm hoping for the day we can all fly in just our undershirts and pajama pants lol

The jacket used to be required from Nov. 1 through April 30, but this may have been 6 rewrites of the FOM ago...you know...like a couple years ago.

I heard about a 500 aircraft order contingent on a TA and all hiring will be going to Bangor and Anchorage, our newest domiciles, starting December 1st. Our primary clientele will be rubber dog**** runs.
