Default Questions for those who have moved on.

Out of curiosity,

Where did you go?
What was your year/seat here?
Besides the payscale, is it that much better?
Did/do you live in base? commute?

-United
-2015, 9 month FO
-I live in base
-better pay/retirement, better QOL, a lot more support/resource better career long term. Downside is it’s much more conservative and dry. Not nearly as fun as the spirit Pilot/FA group.

Overall I am happy with my decision but as we all know...ya never know if ya made the right decision till the end of your career, by then it won’t matter.

After all of the pathetic trolling you've done on the "New Information" thread...

You go and do something like this...

AND TOTALLY REDEEM YOURSELF!

I'm glad you are happy with your decision. Couple of questions. Why is QOL better besides you are living in base? What is the upgrade time anticipated for you? I know the payscale is higher but pilots hired mid to late 2015 here are CAs now making 200 plus an hour so you probably lost some money as of now but not in the long run. The profit sharing is nice as is the big company resources. NK will be 15% DC retirement by DOS+4 I'm sure United is still a little better. Just trying to guage/compare how green the other side really is as a lot of us have no intention of leaving.
