Bring on the lawsuit. They may also sue. AA sued the pilots and were awarded 45 million. That's not what was paid, but was awarded. My only dog in the fight is hoping you guys get a stellar contract. Nobody needs negotiations to be stalled via an uneeded law suit. Good luck. |

If they sue the first thing they'll ask for is an injunction. Which has worked against United, AA, DAL and others. The injunction will demand everyone stop whatever actions are taking place.

On another note, I got a call at around 4am this morning. I didn't wake up till 3 hours later, so I can assume whatever they were calling for was cancelled or covered. My phone hasn't rang since then, but I keep hearing the cancellation tally is increasing. Sounds to me like another meltdown in OCC.
