If I am speaking to a person going 'above and beyond' for this company, I simply state that I don't. I don't for multiple reasons. First, I'm not going to come in on my day off to fly for the pay rate they should already be paying me. Second, I don't have any motivation. Our CEO has called us "low tier" and has stated that he wants a cost neutral contract. Third, I believe for the success of this company (or more importantly our jobs), the company needs to figure out how to properly run this airline without putting all the weight on the pilots saving the day.

I don't fly overtime either but these guys aren't going in with the mentality there are helping the company.. They are making money for there families.. who are u guys on this forum to tell them they can't while being contractually compliant..

"Who are you guys" We are the people fighting to get every Pilot here an acceptable Contract. You obvisly don't know the NKS management history. They have NEVER agreed to anything that they weren't forced to agree to. Who are we you ask, we are the Pilots doing what ever it takes to force the next contract. Get on board or get out of the way.

You're wrong. Granted I wouldn't sign anything close to what allegiant did but that's the only reason they got a contract. Hurt recruiting and cancelled flights

If you're only familiar with negotiations at a regional or 3rd tier cargo this is completely different.

You need to get out of the way! Seen your post before and I am not impressed. It's all or nothing right now and if you can't see that than stop reading apc. This is happening. Stop wearing the lanyard if you can't be 100% committed.

You just don't get it and never will.

We do have our own board where we can name names instead of being on here.
