Default Where is Our management?

Im not kidding, we have (or had before MAY) almost a BILLION in the bank and we are on a path of self destruction due to our HIGHLY COMPENSATED, HIGHLY INEFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT team?

Where * are they?

Everyday we are canceling more and more and there is ZERO LEADERSHIP from above.

If the meltdown of 2015 Under Baldanza didn't scare you enough to apply elsewhere this Meltdown absolutely should.

The fact they are blaming an INCREDIBLY patient pilot group for this disaster shows their true character.

whatever Goodwill Bobby Vanilla Ice Cream Cone may have had with improving the product/customer service has gone down the drain the past two weeks due to managements inability to do their job.

I am actually waiting around for a call from Scheduling asking for my help but its not coming? What * are they doing down in Mirimar?

Oh................................ thats right............... its easier to blame the Pilots than it is to admit you are in over your head and your **** poor planning finally caught up.

Bendos Patronizing podcast telling us he knows how stressful this is and he cant wait to "give us" a new contract in 3...............2...................1............. .

The reality is the pilot group is smart enough to know there is and never will be a need for a "Job Action" because our management team does a fine job of destroying this place all on their own. Truth be told, I have never worked with a bunch of guys/gals who have always been more than willing to go above and beyond to help this airline grow and succeed. Like that time in 2015 when we helped more than what is required of us and we were basically told by MGMT to * and we could *-, yeah..................remember that?

I have never been more proud to be a Spirit Pilot and its absolutely not because I think or feel that we created this mess but because in the past few weeks we have all come together to check up on each other and make sure we are all doing ok in this really terrible time of our careers.

rant off.....................

If the answer isn't being fired or resigning with their tiny tails between their legs, I don't give two *unicorns* about where they are.

I'm sure it's a **** show down there. Sched is probably so focused on rescheduling people that are "on" that they can't even get to ones that are off. Didn't ALPA man phones and help the operation get back on its feet in '15? I'm assuming they are on this time.

You would be correct. Check the latest email from the MEC. Union peeps are helping out in OCC

Couldn't help but listen to Bendos podcast to hear how he explained this week. He pointed out that there was a rumor that the company wants a cost neutral contract and later remarks that it will actually be very expensive (but they need productivity and work rules). Constantly amused that he is refusing to acknowledge that "low teir" and "cost neutral" are right out of Bob's mouth, and not a rumor!

If our Union members are in OCC trying to help them fix the Company designed problems I have no respect for the Union leadership! The company runs to a Judge and gets an TRO and now the Union is in helping the Company? Really. The Company didn't hire enough and can't schedule it's crews. Not my problem. Here comes SPA Union to help save the day.

We have to show good faith in helping fix their problems even though it's not our jobs. Last time it was just the company involved and as we know we got nothing for helping. This time a third party gets to witness that we are the only ones keeping this place running. When it happens again they can't blame us at all.

This judge has no history on 2015 because he didn't care to hear us. Now he has to

Honestly I don't have a ton of issue with being the glue that keeps the operation together within reason but spirit is going to have to compensate for that. Industry standard for industry level of operational support. Rely on the pilots to do your job and it's gonna have to be industry leading. Period
