Default Strength of the DFW base

So I'm commuting out of DFW to a regional and wouldn't mind jumping to Spirit down the road to get rid of this commute. I know Spirit / pilots are having issues right now (putting it lightly) but if they improve any time soon I'd be tempted to jump. How strong is the DFW base? What are the chances they'd close it in the next 5-10 years?

I'm leaving DFW soon, so there's at least one spot going to open up

DFW is realitivly senior. You can hold it after about 6 months with the company. CA is starting to stagnate so it may take a long time to hold CA there in the future. All our guys are young. Not going to be a lot of movement from retirements in the future. If you have a agreement with a major, stay at your regional. I should have.
