Have you attended WIA, OBAP, company specific job fairs, etc...? If not, that's probably the difference. If you have then I don't know what to tell you but to keep at it

Aero Crew Solutions, they are the ones that put on most of the Job Fairs that Spirit will attend.

That is strange. I jumpseat a lot, RJs and Spirit. If I had anything to do with hiring, I'd hire a Spirit pilot.
