This pilot does not work for Spirit and no Spirit pilot would advocate an illegal work action such as mentioned by this lost soul. This poster obviously ate lead paint chips as a child and seems to be lost.

That said, what specifically is an illegal work action? Billboards? Legal. Vote of no confidence? Legal. Newspaper ads? Also legal. This is assuming the TRO you guys are under doesn't specifically address these issues.

What is the current status of your mediation with the NMB? Additional sessions being scheduled? Have the sessions been iced until further notice?
