Inefficient schedules, low pairing values, and redeyes for everyone is the company's way of trying to convince us we want PBS.

Should get very interesting in the coming weeks as United starts trying to fill their new classes in November and December with pilots in the "pool." We will see how many are still there versus having gone elsewhere and then the calls will be going out for the new interviews. Keep those apps updated!
