Our uniforms suck because the company has to pay for it, and they choose the cheapest garbage they can find. They know most of us buy our own stuff and forget (or are too lazy) to order replacement prices every 18 months. They win. Honestly I’d rather the company not pay for any uniforms. Let ALPA choose that and we go with a quality company and product. I’d happily accept a monthly dry cleaning stipend instead of free uniform replacement.
