If they are then Spirit is trying to pawn them off as Spirit pilots. Look at the background at :56 it's all Spirit logos, colors, ect.

I'm not sure who runs the autism events but I do know they've usually had multi airline volunteers. There's a bigger oversight in the video by the company but it ain't so fun if I point it out.

You’re exhausting. Seriously.

It’s an event for autism and helping children cope with autism and flying. And what you got from it was “fake Spirit pilots.” No, pilots volunteering for a worthwhile event, that’s what it was.

+1

Can't see anything devious there, I'd expect the people who showed up would wear their best current uniforms for something like this.

Should have had two Spirit pilots show up,
one in their NorthFace jacket and the other with his homemade hat and backback.

Hey guys, as some of you know I am a new hire in training. I had failed a Checkride and I am on my last attempt. Do you guys have any tips or helpful words of encouragement for me? I really want to make it.

Sit down in front of the paper cockpit panels (you DO have them taped up on your wall and on the hotel coffee table, right?) and chair-fly the entire profile. Include all flows. Go step by step through every second of the entire profile.

I'm going to walk in. Before I sit down I...
I sit down
Adjust armrest
Put ipad in holder, plug in, turn on.
Adjust rudder pedals
Adjust seat
Pull out tray table, clip paperwork onto it.
Do xxx flow

No kidding, step through in your mind the ENTIRE profile, with your hands touching or pointing at every button/switch/display on the paper panels.

Right after V1, the nose yaws.
Apply rudder
"engine failure"
Don't rotate early!
Get hand down towards rudder trim if not there already
"VR"
Smooooothly rotate
Picking up flight directors
"Positive rate"

If you have a buddy who can sit behind you, go through it twice. The first time, he interrupts you whenever you forget a step that could have a fairly negative consequence. The second time, he is quiet and just takes notes.

Then keep doing the chair flying until you get to bed early the night before the checkride.
