Default The new Job Action bait?

Double post, but I thought it merits it's own thread:

It possible that Scaring Away Potential Applicants is the new, company baited Job Action, and we are once again falling into their trap?

I mean, they don't *really* want to reach a deal this week, they're just demonstrating good faith until they can hit us with another justifiable stall. There's been a lot of this recently, especially by first time posters practically begging us to scare them away.

I say be careful.

And now I'll remove my tin foil hat.

Yes, court ordered attendence at pilot requirement events on your off days, for free, and quotas each month of new candidates you shall cold call from the list of commercial pilots license and lists held by the FAA as well as email and send mailers to to every FAA ATP holder in order to alert them that you’ve scheduled them for interviews whether they’re interested or not.

I'm just saying, it's spelled out in the TRO, and there's a lot of first time posters here asking "Gee, should I come to Spirit? What's training like?"

Take it as you will.
