You think it would be a few months???? My point is I think the mediator would essentially tell us to go frick ourselves. They barely worked to get the company back the last time.

Scare tactics will probably work, but I think that we should take the long view here.

Great, we may now "be required to remain at the airport when Scheduling has reasonable cause to believe it will need to reschedule him" after block-in and prior to proceeding to the hotel layover. @%&$@#% that!

I sincerely hope so. I’d rather keep what I have now than work under that nightmare. Did you happen to notice some of the end of month and rescheduling sections as well as vacation days? I wouldn’t vote yes for this if Jesus Christ himself came down from heaven and told me to.

I liked the highlights, and thought the pros far outweighed the cons. I was really optimistic. Then I saw the TA. We're going from industry leading work rules and sub-industry standard wages. to sub-industry standard everything. No reserve drops. Rescheduling language that is completely beneficial to the company. Lose transition as we know it before PBS is even implemented. No iron-clad scope language regarding codesharing, a ratification bonus that only benefits people who have been CA's for the majority of the amendable time. Long stay hotels only at 18 hours, LTD still only provides $5,000/month unless you buy up, lord knows how much that may cost. For crying out loud, there's reschedule language that includes what happens if you don't get back to base within two days of your original release time AND having to sit at the airport instead of proceeding to the hotel just in case they need you. YGBFSM.
Long call sounded good, until I read that you're on call round the clock. LCR at my regional was only a 14 hour RAP.
We didn't get 100% of even one section that we needed. The company got everything they wanted.
