Anyone who thinks Bob wants this TA to fail, should read his most recent letter to all Spirit employee groups...
This TA should be named the IROP relief plan.
It's primary purpose is to aid in scheduling coverage.
Once they do not need us anymore and without any scheduling protections,
we may enjoy our pay raise while putting some aside for legal fees and health premiums.
That LTD is only 5K unless you cough up.
FEAR of the unknown is debilitating to those without faith or knowledge.
I would add "yourmom", to "Feng" and "Lincoln" as the champions of management BS.
