Do you have to pay for your hotel during training?

Anyone have a realistic sense of what TT the average FO hire has these days? Are guys getting in close to the 3,000 TT mins NK publishes on their careers page?

Never know until you try!

I was hired last month with 3,300TT and 1,300 jet PIC; none of it is 121 but I did have 135 CP and Check Pilot experience. YMMV

Hmm, wondering the same I'm a recent regional upgrade with about 200 TPIC but I'm short the 3000 total time minimum spirit has on their job posting by 200 hours. Should I just apply anyways?

Never sure why so many people ask the question “should I apply?” If you want to work somewhere and you meet the minimums then apply, update your app regularly and you’ll get called when you get called. Only 100% sure way you won’t get called is if you haven’t put an app in.
