So when studying the COM for limitations are walking the BOLD BOLD items that are required to study or everything as most titles are in bold.

I guess also but did someone make a study / limitations / flows cheat sheet already that they are willing to share?

Thanks I just feel that scrolling through the COM and AOM I'm going to miss something. As well do we have to memorize tail numbers for limitations? seems excessive but maybe thats just the way it is.

The reason it’s done by tail # is because some of the limitations are different between 319/320/320NEO/321 and sharklet vs non-sharklet. Once you figure that out it’s easier to break down.

Quizlet app has flash cards. Just verify them for accuracy.

The only tail numbers I memorize for limitations are the two apu types and center tank fuel fault from the AOM2.

Aside from the flows/limits/memory, how deep should we go into AOM, FCOM, and systems prior to showing up? I've been working through the systems CBTs in addition to what they said was required. So far, really liking the Bus. It mostly seems like any other jetliner and also more intuitive than I thought.

Most of the systems are more or less similar to any other conventional transport category aircraft.

What makes Airbus an Airbus is flight control laws and the navigation section. This can be reviewed ahead of time, but really starts to make sense when you begin using the procedures trainers.

There is being prepared and there is negative learning. Don’t reinvent the wheel, If you can prattle off the memory items, proficiency items, limitations, and flows with ease by day one, you are exactly where you need to be. Go ahead and read this paragraph again, I’ll wait.

Good, now run through the system CBTs and makes some notes, but don’t try to build the airplane before you get to class. Later on in training you will go through systems again. At this time it would help to use the AOM to make notes for the functions/faults of the lights and switches, and delve a bit deeper into systems. But hey, did you study your memory items/limitations/flows? Because guess what, botch those and you will tank your oral.

Just come prepared and know everything your required to have memorized day one (flows, limitations, memory items). I just finished OE and everyone in my class passed. You have a 4 ftd and 5 sims not including 2 weeks of the touch screen trainers.
