Default Seniority of domiciles?

Could someone give me an estimate of the relative seniority of the various Spirit domiciles? A guesstimate even would be appreciated.

Hiring a lot. They're all junior. Do a search, you'll find more of the same.

These are for new hire FOs not CA upgrade:
ACY is the most junior base.
DTW and FLL usually can be held around 3 months from date of hire.
ORD around 4 months.
LAS and DFW around 5 to 6 months.
It all depends what bases the upgrades are coming out of, sometimes these can be held sooner that what I stated.

Just off the top of my head, 6 months to DFW and LAS I think. ORD a little less, ACY, DTW and FLL seem to be the most junior.

Good info for a new joiner as ACY is basically uncommutable from most places. The next question is how long are people sitting reserve in those bases. Could be moot though. I heard reserve is going senior on the current contract. This will probably change beginning March or April. Seems like one can be anywhere within 4 months. Hopefully they order a ton of aircraft otherwise upgrades will be between never-maybe someday.

Most new hires only usually see ACY for maybe a month if that. For example last year I got done with OE in Jan. They had to build me a line in ACY for that month since the bids had already been published. I was able to drop all my trips out of ACY and pick up in DFW. A lot of my classmates were able to do the same.

I held DFW in March, I could have held a Relief line by May ( my hired date was Oct 2016 if that helps). I chose to stay on RSV because every other month I was bidding into a conflict, and for 38.50 hr I wanted to just stay home and not fly.
So I would guess RSV in a base as an FO can be anywhere from 2 month to 7 months depending on the time of year you get hired. Hope this helps

1st Month- ACY

2nd Month-FLL

3rd Month-held DFW which is my preferred domicile.

That seemed pretty standard in my training class.

Even if you get ACY off the bat, most people (me included) ended up dropping anything we were awarded and picked up at another domicile (in my case, DTW). I only saw 1 trip out of ACY, and they even positive spaced me to ACY for the trip.

Good luck

I was able to dodge ACY and got FLL right out of training. I got ORD the next month then DFW. Once there, I was able to base hop wherever I want to
