I wish all the rrrrrrrooooootttttttoooooorrrrr guys the best of luck. I was screwing with vertical Vertol shafts, track and balancing, and swapping hyd accumulators to pay for this route moons ago. Never had to ride one in too hard so my hats off to my pitch pulling brothers. NK isn't as bad as some make it out to be but it's all a crap shoot in the end.

As I said before, best of luck, and I mean that.

History repeats and be surprised when it happens again.

I’m very curious as to what legacy you were at that you quit and came to Spirit for?

Seems a furlough followed by hiring on at Spirit is likely.

I guess when I read the “left with a smile” I figured it wasn’t a furlough situation. Having been furloughed I guarantee you I didn’t “leave with a smile.” Coming here from a furlough is completely different then quitting a legacy and coming here. Sorry to me it sounded like he quit and came here (without being furloughed).

Your assumption is incorrect. You have no background in the Airline industry. I never said I left a legacy to come to Spirit. I left because I had options other didn't have. We took big pay cuts, work rules gutted and no pension. Add a merger and you've got the full monty. What happen to all the employees? Mechanics run off property for scabs. Gate and ramp people fired, replaced by DGS. From 2001 thur 2012 the airlines were a complete train wreck. The work rules we had pre 911 will never come back. That's when it was a great paying job.

Sorry I wasn’t sure how else I was supposed to interpret this other then you worked at a legacy and left to come here. Also thank you for assuming that I wasn’t flying for the airlines in 2001 I appreciate the history lesson, perhaps next time I’m furloughed I can write a book.
