Are the NAC pay rates accurate on the airline profile page.
If so, they sure have not kept up with the times.

Nobody else here or on RST Spirit has heard anything. Maybe he got called coincidentally about the time he went? It feels a little too “my friend’s brother’s old flight instructor’s roommate got a call right after!” Not that I doubt he was contacted, only that when it comes to this stuff, it’s better when a poster can personally attest to being directly contacted himself.

Another guy on Facebook mentioned getting contacted three weeks after the previous MTC, so that might suggest a similar timeline here.

Well, he asked me to submit his resume, which I did. About a week later he submitted his request for MTC's. Three days after his MTC session he was called in for an interview. He's already interviewed just waiting for a response. Seems to me these days they filter applicants through the MTC process. But I'm not involved in that process so I can't be 100%.

If you really want the job I would say try to get an internal recommendation and if you don’t know anyone at Spirit try jumpseating a few times on us and strike up a conversation. Then try again. Or maybe add something interesting on your resume that makes you stand out (in a good way)
You’re probably right, honestly. It’s too bad, because from what I’ve seen jumpseating around with Spirit, it would be exactly the kind of place I’d love to work. Mission focused and fun. It’s hard to hear you may have come off the wrong way, but a little humble pie is good for everyone now and then.

Is it one year before someone can reapply after TBNT email?

I'm no fun at all whatsoever.

I’m on many no fly lists. The antithesis of fun.
