That’s the flyer I got for the Denver Meet the Chiefs event. They attached the flyer on the first response email.

Are they doing on the spot interviews at the meet the chiefs? Or is it more this could lead to an interview?

During the virtual fair a couple weeks ago the representatives said this round of meet the chiefs is primarily just a presentation. Time permitting they’ll meet with attendees.

I got an email yesterday that said to bring resumes and prepare to be able to meet face to face with the chiefs/HR after the presentation.

Yes, it is...applicant pool must be drying up again. Now all they need is an aircraft order and I should be good to really apply in about a year.

Is there anyone here going to the event out in LAX? I'm new to the 121 side of things and am curious how this compares to a regular job fair? I have an invitation and will be at the event on the 12th. I've just heard so many different opinions on what to expect. I think I have my ducks in a row, just trying to get a good grasp on things.

To me that doesn’t make much sense. Why would you have Chief Pilots traveling around the country just to “push play” or file thru some PowerPoint slides? I have to imagine your going to meet these people.

I cannot wait! I have the type and am current 121. I don’t want to count any chickens before they are hatched, but would one think I have a good chance?

I’ll be meeting with them next week 😎

What would be the specific things to ask? Ask about growth, company ethos etc. I figure this would also be covered in the presentation. Is there a real question that they want to hear etc for the job?
Cheers
