So it’s fine that we continue to be denied because of their ongoing BS issues that they refuse to fix?

"They" that refuse to fix it aren't the guys asking to ride your jumpseat. Get a grip!

I js a lot on swa and besides this issue today haven’t had an issue with the js in months. I can’t believe that some of you are advocating for denying their pilots ride on us, that’s childish.

What a ridiculous idea to start denying SWA pilots. If you have been here long enough, you would know that we've also had our issues in the past with gate agents denying pilots just because they didn't want to go trough the process. We could have been denied at that time, but they didn't.

The problem with the Internet. Gives voice to everyone and then it is believed that the lone opinion has a basis of truth among the group. Unfortunately, this same phenomenon masquerades as journalism today.

Big picture...
Waging a JS war with SWA has a far far greater potential to hurt the NK pilot group than the WN pilot group.

Big difference between an isolated incident with a gate agent and a pervasive system wide problem....and if you’ve been here long enough, you know this isn’t a new problem.

It’s a MyIDTravel problem, 9E had the same issue a few weeks back for several days - instead of advocating to block SWA pilots on your jumpseat. Maybe consider working with them to bring back the ability to list at the gate like they can still do for SWA pilots.

And if you actually js on swa often you’d know that until this problem today there hasn’t been a problem in months.

Between this and the ongoing issues at the gate with jumpseating, the MEC needs to start looking at denying SWA until they get their act together. It’s getting ridiculous with them.

No. Just no.
