It's called a 'profile' in the Army. And yes, if it's a medical condition then that's just the way it is. A lot of guys have sensitive skin and shaving every morning isn't an option.

I believe officers still can't have tattoos (save for a ring tattoo) that shows outside of a Class A uniform. I don't care where your ink is once we close the door and you've removed your blazer.
