Default Spirits real requirements?

Hey everyone,
New to the forums and aviation in the States. Just wanted to ask some people who work for Spirit what are the real requirements?
Just applied and got the thanks but no thanks. Currently flying the 737 overseas and my credentials are as follows:
ATP
5500TT
4400 SIC A320
800 SIC B737
250 PIC S/E M/E Piston
100 Dual
Canadian Passport and Valid Green Card.
No Degree

Appreciate your help.

You seem qualified to me. You probably failed the assessment.
My class has people as little as 2.8 to over 11k

Did you get the TBNT after you did the Gallup test? You can try to speak in person to them at a MTC, meet the chiefs, or head to OBAP in LA.

Yeah it was after the Gallup test. Any chance on when I can reapply ? My airline out here just raised their upgrade minimums to 2 years on the line and 2000 hours on type. Sucky.

Sooooo... Do you need to meet a certain flight hour threshold before the Gallup invite will be triggered? Cause I've had my app in for a bit now and haven't seen anything in my profile or the email that I have on file for a Gallup test invite.

It varies, if you fail the assessment “gallup test” the system allows you to retake it after a year. Maybe if you apply under a different alias you might get lucky or not. Also, some who take it do not necessarily get a response right away, it might take a few days if not weeks to get a phone call by HR.

Question about the Gallup test. I was given some sort of personality assessment immediately after I applied. Like, immediately. Is that the “official” assessment or is it like a screening of some sort? It sounds like the Gallup is only administered if they have a level of interest in you. I never heard anything from my app/test. Not even a TBNT. My application is still “under review”. Just wondering what my odds are, cause I’m VERY low time. Thanks!

Years ago you got a second longer application, then the assessment came after a phone interview, and meant that you were on track for an interview as long as it went well. Now, as I understand it, a completed application automatically sends the assessment. If it's failed you have to wait a year to reapply after TBNT email.

Sweet. Thanks. I appreciate it. I seriously only have 2300 TT, so I’m just going to say the lack of a TBNT just means I’m somewhat sane.
