I think that punctuates the lack of respect Miramar has for the employee groups. Partners in profit sharing? Nope. Message to the troops on the changing of the guard? Nope. Message on the direction of the company? Nope. But don't forget to push on time and turn those APU's off.

The email was talking about making fun of people. Im not here to do that, Im just here to inquire what it was about.

I think there's an A hole captain list on one of the WhatsApp groups. My FO was kind enough to lie to me and tell me that I wasn't on it.

Well you asked "who was being made fun of" and I just didnt want someone to post the list or naming "who" was on this list. Thats all I was saying.

I find that half the folks with reputations don’t deserve it. Usually it’s that they expect you to do your job and people get their feelings hurt and put that person on a list. Do your job per the AOM and you won’t have a problem with 99.9999% of the captains.
