Does Spirit provide parking for employees at their base airport? If so, where do Spirit pilots park at ORD?

Yes, if you are based there-you will be provided parking. The employee parking area is the H lot

What are schedules like out of ORD? 1, 2, 3, 4 day trips? Lots of daytime flying? Red eyes? Average line credit? Average days off? What is open time availability typically like, scare or abundant?

Yes, yes, yes, varies, 15 days off per CBA, abundant. Your schedule will be as good as you want it to be. There is enough to make what you want to happen happen.

Going to have to show your work on that one. Have never read that in the CBA under days off in either Hours of Service or line construction in the scheduling section or in the PBS LOA.

I’ve been wrong plenty before so it certainly won’t be the first time.

C’mon man! Section 12.E.1 Under Days off. Relief pilots! RTFC!
Just kidding, but maybe that’s where he got it.

For clarification the only pilots getting relief lines are new hires and upgrades released from training that missed the bid deadline. Those lines are required to have 15 days off.

The original question was about average days off. Not sure what the historical average is in ORD or system wide, but there is nothing in our CBA that requires an average of 15 days off. That would be nearly impossible to do in PBS anyway. Min days off could be adjusted upward but currently it’s 13 for line holders and 12/13 for reserves for a 30/31 day month respectively.

And this isnt entirely factual either: "the only pilots getting relief lines are new hires and upgrades"

While they do vary by base and from month to month. When bidding, we do have the option to bid for Reduced Lower Limit (RLL) Lines. Now, they are only awarded to bubble bidders - those close to a line, either by seniority or with pre award credit(training, vacation etc...). But once awarded, they are built to a minimum of 15 days off as well.
