i believe you can go up to 120 days after interview. After that you will need another interview. I’d say the sooner the better after interviewing and getting a class date.

You can only voluntarily put off for 120 days. However, if they can't offer you a class date within the 120 days, then the 120 day deadline does not apply.

As he stated, the question is assuming he has a CJO already. 120 days
