Where does phone interview fall in the order of operations?

does it mean you’re in the running? Passed the online assessment?

or does everyone get one?

What percentage of candidates are getting the job offer once you make it to the in person interview? Is Spirit weeding most candidates out with the online assessment and phone interview?

I got offered the F2F on the phone during the interview. It's just a nice chat, why Spirit, do you have any apps out, stuff like that.

I’ve never heard of anyone not getting invite to FLL for the FTF after the phone interview.

not sure about operations , you apply, do the gallop test, wait to get an email which will allow you to set up a phone call. The phone call they give you is basically a phone interview. Depending on how that goes you might get invited for a F2F, she will give you dates and set up the F2F. Should be an easy one for most people.

When I interviewed F2F only 2 out of 12 did not get the job. Getting the interview is the hardest part. I have no idea why the 2 did not get the job they both seemed good. It took me 2 internals and a job fair to get the call. When I left the TMAT 2 on 1 I had no idea if my interview went good or poor. Obviously it went well. This is a great place to be, most of us love the job but we all still complain about things. Great crews, hotels are good, nice benefits, new airplanes, growing company. Now is the time to get on we are hiring a lot. Just make sure you want to be here and don't have your heart set on another carrier.

I have my heart set on spirit. Period. That’s the goal we have set for my family and career. Currently I work for an AA wholly owned and the “flow” is not even on my radar. For me it was always spirit.

Good to hear I hope you get an interview. I had the same attitude I really wanted Spirit as my final destination. This place is life changing compared to the regionals. Do everything you can to get the call. Meet the chiefs, get to know some pilots on property, get some recommendations, job fairs. Good luck!

Can you give me the highlights of your resume? Mainly so I can compare and then be mad that they haven't called me yet.
