^^^this.. same here. Was diagnosed with a “virus infection” beginning of March.. no testing available. So SOL on the sick time used.
My PCP said, “You’ve had the flu shot, you basically have every symptom of COVID19, and you travel for a living. You certainly have this virus and need to isolate yourself until you’re feeling better.” This was before anyone really knew what to do and the tests were not available. So I called off and went back to work when I felt better... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

glad you’re feeling better and it didn’t hit you too hard. Did the company require you to give them documentation that you were positive in regards to the MOU?

39 (no underlying issues). last week in the AM felt like I was coming down with a cold,(Monday) that night started to get a minor headache and felt my heart rate increase a little bit. Was slightly short of breath, Nothing scary but just kind of noticeable. Went to bed and woke up at 2am with a pounding headache, took my temp and had 100.6° Woke up (Tuesday) and headache was still there, temp was 100°. By Tuesday night the Temp and headache where gone but still felt tired and Achy. Wed was the same, just little achy, was able to schedule a Test Thursday locally at a Drive thru testing center. (The test was not nearly as bad as I was expecting). Got results yesterday. for now I have just minor congestion but have had zero sense of smell or taste since Friday morning. Have no idea when that’s going to come back. Also noteworthy that I did not have a cough. I’m pretty sure a significant amount of people had this and just never knew it..... |

Thanks for sharing SAAB. Feel better. How long do you have to wait before you are not contagious?

Were you able to keep your wife and kids from getting it as well? Or is that still TBD considering the long period it can take to show symptoms? My main concern is giving it to my family if I catch it, or vice versa.

WAG, but here goes. The gubberment pays NK to keep pilots employed at 72 hrs/month until Sept 1 (or whatever the date is). NK receives grant money for such and then convinces 1,000 pilots to be paid for 50 hrs/month for a net PROFIT of 22,000 credit hours per month (round, round numbers) and then furloughs the bloody !@#$ out of everyone with a fatter cash balance than they started. Am I missing something?
