If a vote is cast before Biden debates, if he debates at all, will be definite proof that his party is concerned with his mental ability to be in public. What's crazy is liberals might still elect a guy with dementia, even if they know it's true. At least his mind has changed so he is not sniffing people anymore.

Political theater. Rep. Kevin McCarthy said that the purpose of the Benghazi hearing was to bring down Sec of State Clinton's poll numbers. None of those investigations yielded one conviction. I'll have an adult discussion, but cheap shots only reveal how ludicrous you're stance is.
