Just don’t be the unlucky one that gets converted to short call. At least they can only to it to you once a month for four days involuntary.

It’s not once a month...it’s 4 days total involuntary. They can do it whenever they want.

Read how Halon posted the incorrect language. Doesn’t it seem “too Halon” to post inaccurate info just to stir something up?

Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.

You guys are stupid, they can convert you 4 blocks of days at a time. And they can only do it once involuntarily...Believe what you want though.

They did it to me 3 days last week, then one day this week. And I don't think they did anything wrong. If so, please show me the language and I'll put in a grievance now!

LCR days may be converted to no more than four (4) SCR RAPs in a bid month without the pilot’s con- currence. Conversion to a SCR RAP that spans 0000 LDT is considered a single conversion occurrence. One (1) LCR day may be converted to a single RAP per occurrence (e.g. LCR 18JUN to R19 18JUN= 1 conversion occurrence).
3) Each of the first four (4) conversions in any bid month will be credited one (1) hour above guar- antee. Each subsequent conversion(s) in the month will be credited two (2) hours above guarantee per occurrence.

I know, I was being facetious, it doesn't say that they can only do it one time a month.
