It’s why you do the extra 2 weeks in indoc to become a pilot. Don’t know why more FAs don’t do the extra 2 week.

Yea our FAs make crap. FAs at the legacies make a lot more. At the legacies a FA can break 6 figures if they’re at the top of the scale and work a decent number of hours.

It's surprising to be hearing this considering most of the pilots I know at Spirit are very satisfied and live a very comfortable life with pretty industry-leading scheduling flexibility.

I'm surprised slightly higher pay or heavy international is enough to lure them out
