As soon as the companies merge, they can run 2 separate airlines under one roof as they work on JCBA/SLI & FAA approval to combine certificates.
Who runs the NK side of it - anyone's guess, but JetBlue can replace any of Spirit's management they don't want to keep as soon as the merger happens.

I dunno - I haven't worked in a week, and won't for another 2 weeks. hope we clear this IROP and don't start another one by then :(

Just finished a 4 day. Every leg went out on time until the last one when our FA deceived they became sick in MYR when we were all loaded up and at D-5. So we waited 1.5 hours, cancelled, then flew a repo back to base.

fair enough but I mean hey Spirit is only finishing out the day at 17% cancellations. Not too shabby right ?

I mean really how long does this go on for? Maybe we should just eliminate the weather and ATC to solve our problems.

Just did a DH on another airline to operate 1 leg to base with another FO in the back doing a double DH back to his base, after being cancelled twice. Super efficient.

Sounds very nk. Currently 913 eastern time. Already at 6%. My guess finishes at a healthy 13% end of day

our fault and atc and the weather. not a chance that it has to do with a terrible IT dept, a understaffed crew scheduling and all being run by a guy who i doubt knows what a meme is.

Sounds like they’re done running an airline. It’s let’s invest as little as possible and take our payday from the sale or merger and run.

Unfortunately, frontline employees will carry the weight of these issues ALL summer long.
